The Kasbah of Toubkal (often misspelt Kasbah of Toubkal) (1800m), just 60km from Marrakech , is situated in Imlil at the foot of Toubkal mount
Imlil :
Imlil is a small village in the Atlas mountain, at around 1700m, an hour driving from Marrakesh. It's a perfect starting point for a trek in the Atlas Mountain, whether you go for a week trek or a two day trek to the Toubkal, the highest summit the Atlas mountains.
A couple of hotels or hostels available to stay for the night, the usual shops, and the "bureau des guides" where you can ask for guides for your trek.
The village is mainly organised around a main street, leading from the entrance of the village, where you can find a car park, to the top of the village.
